Salary: Grade 5, £25,904 – £28,664 per annum. All appointments will normally be made at the first point of the salary range.

The RCM has recently embarked on its most ambitious construction and redevelopment phase in its history and, during this exciting process of further enhancing its estate, is seeking to appoint an Estates Projects Coordinator to lead on the management, development and maintenance of all project administration systems and procedures to support the smooth running of the More Music ( ) team members and project.
The postholder will:
Provide an efficient, effective, pro-active and organised administrative service to the Estates Project Manager, Head of Projects and the wider Estates Projects teams.
Be overall responsible for setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes for the efficient running of the Project; including keeping accurate and detailed records of all relevant project activities
Assist with managing day-to-day operational aspects of the More Music project and act as the first point of contact for enquiries by students, professors, administrative staff and visitors
The successful candidate will have previous project management experience within a HEI or the arts/creative sector. The postholder will be a proactive administrator with a flexible approach and high levels of customer service skills to ensure that stakeholders have a positive experience of the project team. High levels of accuracy and methodical working practices are also key as the postholder will ensure that accurate records are held. The postholder will work with minimal supervision and is expected to use judgement and initiative to make appropriate decisions.
