Room Based 2nd Deputy Manager – Watford
We are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Deputy Manager to join a friendly team in an ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery setting.
As the 2nd Deputy Manager you will be leading a classroom on a daily basis, whilst having the unique opportunity to work closely with the management team to lead and support the entire nursery team.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be motivated to bring new ideas and work within a progressive and pro-active team
Fantastic benefit package includes a competitive salary of up to £24,756.00 per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

About you –
*At least a Level 3 Childcare Qualified – CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent
*Clear Enhanced DBS check
*Excellent communication skills
*Minimum 2 years proven experience
*Thorough knowledge of the EYFS
*Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities
